Pink Christmas

It's  only 5 weeks till christmas. Just starting to really get presents in. How's everyone else doing ?

Patch Work

This is for sugarbowlblog.challenge-71erikas-sketch. The theme for sketch is patch work. Never tried a lay out like this before good way of using odds bits of paper that I never seem to throw away. Coloured my image with promarkers and spectrum pens . Used Tim Hotlz pumice stone ink pad for but of distress flower is from wild orchid ( glitter with stickles). Going to do next card now. Santa

Morning the sun is shining and it is not windy, a good start to the day. I made this card last night had to wait for glitter to dry. This is for sugarbowlblog sketch challenge along with using scraps. These are last years christmas left overs going to use them all up before start on new papers. I love the new stamps bought out got 5 on them already saving up for rest. Coloured Santa with promarkers used corners from wild orchid and added bit of clear rock glitter. Please leave comments. Miss You

This is my entry for liliofthevalleythursdaychallenge. missing you. Going to send the card to my sons Grandparents in Wales we haven't heard from them for a few weeks, hard when families live so far apart. Used older papers had for a while being sorting out. Flowers are from wild orchid punched the leaves . Also used promarkers to colour image .

Chipboard

Gosh I been busy two cards so far today. Washing done dinner prepare as well may even do ironing. This is for tickledpinkstampschallenges. use a piece of chipboard. As you can see I distressed mine got covered in paint whilst doing if part of the fun. I also tried to water mark centre of the moon with spiders, didn't go that well you can just see them . Papers I used are old ones using them up to make space for new. Coloured image with promarkers and noir pens.

Travel

This is my entry for  thestampmanchallenges travel. Thought this was a different way of doing a tag and touse my Indigo Blue stamps . Cut the tag from grunge board and used Tim Holtz distress inks to gunge,black lace is from wild orchid. The words I love as so true your own pillow is the best. toilet roll inside

This is for /tickledpinkstampschallenges use a piece of cardboard. Mine is in the middle believe it or not . It is also the inside of the toilet roll tube. I actually got a good idea first of all I used my versa mark ink pad on the inside of my embossing folder ran it though my sizzix machine with cardboard inside, then covered the card board with embossing powder heat gunned it. Not used my heat gun for a long time . Flowers are from wild orchid, ribbons and charms had  for a long time . Oh yes the background was just plain black sprayed it with spray and sparkle silver.

My first Christmas of the year

Took me a few days but actually found time , this is my first christmas card. It is for sugarbowlblog.blogspot.
girl sketch. Used minds eye paper for main background. Coloured in with promakers and spectrum noir. Greeting inside is welsh  Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda which is Merry christmas and Happy New Year I think.

The stamp I had for a while one of my favourites of their stamps. Coloured it in with promarkers. On the wings , crown and flowers added glossy accents and glitters . Flowers are from wild orchid. 

Feathers

Bit of a late evening post from me. Not long in from the gym just done exercise class legs are a bit wobbly. Anyway this in my entry for tickledpinkstamps feather or feathers.  Give me chance to use my new papers from grahic 45 curtain call love these paper couldn't fine a peacock feather to go so just used these that had from ages ago. The other back ground paper is from steampunk again graphic45. Coloured image in with promarkers and the new spectrum noir thought give them a try. Flowers are from wild orchird. Evening.My youngest has gone with his Dad for two weeks so I get some crafting time. Been blog hoping finally decided to make a late entry on Anyone for Anya blog. no patterned paper. Last week end went to Colemans in Rushton as it was 20% of week end and brought a few embossing  folders so this was a good excuse to use them. Love the clock theme. Also put tape down the side and tag had for long time . Hope you like it the stamp is a greeting farm stamp.

Butterflies and cute?

Thanks Julie . I am waiting for my new stamps to come but wanted to do tickledpinkstampschallenges butterflies and cute so my best friend lent my her stamps. So had nice coffee and chat whilst stamped images out. Love tickled pink so different to what I am used to. My papers go well with image steam punk papers. My die cut bird cage is marianne and coloured image in with promarkers.

Tent Card

As you can see be playing this afternoon with my Tim Holtz craft. Don't do it often enough.The box has been sitting on my craft desk for a little while never got round to doing it. thestampmanchallenges was anything by Tim. So here my entry. I used crackled paint weathered wood for main areas actually used the tape I have just been looking at round the bottom. Grunge board clasp on top used my Tim stamps .

What a day if something can go wrong will go wrong. Messed up linking card to liliofthevalleythursdaychallenge.
Now can't remoce first link up, e mailed then the wrong number to remove. But I did enjoy doing challenge not colours I use that often so hope you like it. This is forn Lili of the Valley challenge . Saw the challenge and thought straight away of these stamps I brought from there. Not used them before the music sheet and post card stamp out brilliant. I then distessed them with my Tim Holtz vintage photo and backing paper from mind eye goes really well . Had the charms seems like forever just all fits. Hope you like it please leave comments . Make your own Flower

Evening late post from me not long back from the gym and remembered nearing closing time for sugarbowlblog.challenge 63 . Had imaged coloured for a week couldn't decided on papers. So got new favours steampink, which I think go really well with the image. Coloured her in with promakers . The flowers I made from my Tim Holtz die, knew it would come in handy. I am back again

Hello been awhile since I have had time to make a card. Been busy looking after my oldest he was taken into hospital to have his appendix removed.Then it was school holidays and just haven't found the time till now. Anyway made this card for Lili of the valley, a celebration. Lots of my friends have children doing so kind of sport so thought of this one for when they get their belts. The back paper is minds eye  used embossing folder and sanded background . Hope you like my card.

Vintage

I thought I try something I never done before, I used my Tim Holtz pads to colour with. I wanted to try and use a little colour as possible and only have a hint on the apple to make it stand out. Entering this card into sugarbowlblog. challenge 59. Distress or vintage. I used steampunk paper for background reallly love these papers think it worked well with the pads. Hope you like it .

It's been ages

Seems like a long time ago since I have had time to make anything. I saw this Challenge and decided to have ago. This is for simply sassy blog. The winner gets a place on the header for 2 months. I bought the new set of 6 sassy images, it was really hard to choose which one to use. I just got some super smooth card which made colouring with my promakers so much easier. Birthday naughty

 

Made this card for anyoneforanya. the theme is birthday. Got a few 40th birthdays this year thought the image and saying was really good naughty now just have to stick at 40 on the card. Coloured her in with my promarkers used Tim Holtz ultimate grunge  stamp on the background. I used my new embrossing folders   Tim Holtz again. I glittered the horns and added bling on the bottom. Love this lily of the valley image remember blowing danilion clocks when I was little. Anyway made this card for lili of the valley thursday challenge  88 . Had to be birthday card, which I really need this month a few birthdays to do. Just got new label dies by Marianne so used them  ribbon and flowers are from wild orchid and papers are desert blooms. Anyone for Anya

This week challenge is a colour one for spring. anyoneforanya so here is mine. I coloured image in with my promakers and tried to shade with prisma pencils, it is the first time I used these. Wanted to keep my card simple not used to using yellow in cards. The papers I actually won from one of my first enteries on here they are potpourri .The flowers come from wild orchid. This is for this week Lily of the valley challenge which is a sketch. I really like their stamps so pretty and good to colour. I had so muck fun doing this Challenge. It is for tickled pink challenge 8. Tags nice and simple so you liked to think. Tim Holtz stash came out first I did stressed the whole tag, then got distress embossing powder round edges also got distress stickles frayed burlap and stamped images on. Crackled painted the bottom of the tag can't quite see it in picture. Love the papers Steampunk by graphic45. Charm was from a candle I bought a while ago new it would come in handy. This is the first card I have made for a couple of weeks. Just had no get up and go or time. Been decorating my oldest son's bedroom. Any way this is for Liliy Valley challenge 85 circle . It has given me a chance to use my new stamps I brought from there shop. I glittered the faries wings with fairy dust, coloured her in with my promarkers. Just a quick post before I have to take my youngest to football. This card is for the sugar nellie birthday challenge. I bought some new sassy stamps love them this one is Fairy Tale I coloured her in different shades of pink promarkers .Also first time for a long time used mirror board forgot how good the effect is.
